Built from real experience, not theory

I played Division 1 hockey at Western Michigan.
I’ve spent over 12 years coaching travel hockey at the youth level.

I’ve worked with players at every stage:

  • Learning the game

  • Competing at high levels

  • Trying to separate themselves

I’ve coached teams.
I’ve developed players.
I’ve seen what actually translates.

What I’ve learned

Most players aren’t missing effort.

They’re missing:

  • Structure

  • Understanding

  • Intentional development

I’ve seen what works.
I’ve seen what doesn’t.

And right now, most players are being developed the wrong way.

Why this exists

Go Be Great Collective was built to change that.

Not with more drills.
Not with more ice time.

But with:

  • Structure

  • Standards

  • Real development systems

A hockey coach is giving instructions during a practice or game, with players kneeling on the ice listening attentively.
